In IL is it legal for the executor of a trust to have 2 Children in the trust along with their other cousins? - trust executor

My uncle of the children was the executor of a trust that his children and my children as trustees lists. Is it legal because it nepotism, to show their children?

This is not a question of state law, is properly executed a trust.

In fact, if the person who wanted to create the trust as an executor of his uncle, and anyone who follows the rules of the trust (you should know what they are sure to follow), the law is on their side.

If the language of the trust, said all children should be treated fairly, then it must treat all children equally. On the other hand, the trust is that the executor of every child, as appropriate - in this case if he can demonstrate to administrators, who may treat children differently treated.
