I live in a small town called Corning in New York, now I want to achieve is largely in place, and I was thinking about purchasing a golf cart instead of using the car all the time (saves money on gas), now I can do this if you are not registered and that driving on roads back often and stay out of the "Main Street" as much as possible (and then driving on the shoulder) or this illegal?
