We have an offer in the mail - "Reduction in the refinancing of the program without closing costs for you." There have been many rumors lately wrong mortgage companies take your money and you lose your house was still. Has anyone done or what someone knows for sure whether this is legitimate?

There is no such thing as a reduction of the refinancing program is free. Taking into account anything goes in search of that company is even more disturbing.
99% of these companies are scams, and I strongly suspect that this is no exception. Throw it in the trash, or better still, please inform your local loan monitoring group.
